This is a wonderful collection to really make your home feel like spring is on the way.
There is an antique French wooden garden panier/ trug. These trugs are so useful, I have several and use them all around the garden for collecting fruit and vegetables and as a useful panier to have with me when doing a little light pruning. They are also wonderfully decorative and can be used inside the home. This one has all the imperfections of wear and tear and has been fully treated so the wood is safe and good.
There are also three antique terracotta pots, two little ones which I adore and collect and they are indeed highly collectable and one larger one which is a genuine sap collecting pot from here in south west france. These pots were used for collecting the sap from trees.
Then there are two antique stoneware vessels which look so gorgeous on the table with just a single stem. They are totally watertight.
Finally there are two small antique stoneware ink wells. When the kids or grandchildren pick and give you a little bunch of daisies from the lawn, what do you do with them, you can't just let them wilt and die. These little ink wells are the perfect vessels for all sorts of little flowers like this as well as single rose buds. Again they are totally watertight.
