About Us

I've been visiting France most of my life. In my twenties I was driving my Citroën 2CV back and forth between Paris and Provence. Since then we've raised our family of five children in a French country village and my love of this fascinating country, its history and its people have captured my heart.

Home is in a small French riverside village in the Department of Charente Maritime in the south west of the country. 

Twelve years ago we opened our guest cottage and started welcoming guests into our home. This was followed by the vintage and antique online brocante shop, giving you the opportunity to add some unique hand picked French items to your home. A few years later we opened our property search and relocation business, taking the stress and hard work out of buying a home here. And more recently we have had the great privilege of inviting small groups to join us for our fabulous exclusive retreats.
