Come and join us for four nights and experience an exceptional adventure where you'll discover the very best of Our French Lifestyle.
July 26th to 30th, 2025
You'll be staying in our own laid back luxuriously rustic guest cottage here on our property and we will be showing you all the very best hidden gems of the area.
You'll be meeting new inspirational friends, visiting exquisite chateau, enjoying workshop(s) of your choice, making incredible memories, discovering beautiful gardens, dining in luxury, touring a domaine and learning how cognac is made to name just a few things.
There will also be a totally unique French experience - when enjoying the sights one day will be in the iconic French classic - a vintage Citroen 2CV and yes, we'll include a luxury champagne picnic !
However why we are so excited about this experience is because being just two people, a couple or friends, we want this to be tailor-made exclusively for your own wishes and needs. We will come up with a few different options and you can choose exactly what you want to do. This is your trip and we want you to have a great adventure. There will be a day on the Ile de Ré and there will be a private riverside cruise. All transportation is included and we will accompany you everywhere and share our life with you.
But we also know we all love a little time to ourselves as well.
So don't worry, there will be time to relax, swim in the pool, wander around the village and just soak up the atmosphere.
What is included :
- Private chauffeured transport to our guest cottage from either Bordeaux, Poitiers or Angoulême TGV Train Station
- 4 nights luxury rustic accommodation in our own one bedroom guest cottage with heated swimming pool
- All meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Free mini bar in the cottage
- Daily excursions and trips, to include brocantes, riverside cruising, private tour of a cognac domaine, chateau gardens, workshops (of your choice)
- Tailor made to your own wishes, we will chat about this together and make this experience exclusive to you and what you most want to discover and do
- All transportation whilst staying with us (including one day's transportation in an iconic vintage Citroën 2CV).
What is not included :
- Transportation from your home to either Bordeaux, Poitiers or Angoulême
- Additional accommodation before or after the experience
- Personal purchases ( we can arrange to ship anything for you, at your expense)
- Travel Insurance (you must confirm you have the necessary travel insurance cover).

Imagine yourself sipping champagne poolside, in beautiful expansive conversation with fabulous new friends recalling the amazing day you just spent together. Meanwhile our Parisian trained private chef, Jeff Soens, creates another mouthwatering dinner happily offering to show those interested in learning how to recreate the magic for themselves when they return home.
Picture it! You’ll be taking in the markets, experiencing private jewelry-making classes, private stone carving classes, eating delicious food, brocanting, touring Chateaux, gardens, and distilleries, exploring river and seaside villages, spending a day on the Ile de Ré, meeting ex-pats who have made this their home for cocktails, and enjoying 6 nights of Chateau living!!
